Editing Your Vehicle Listing

Keeping your listing accurate and up to date helps avoid booking issues and increases demand.

Each vehicle listing can appear in one of the following states.

Pending listings cannot be booked until completed.

An active listing means all required information and documentation are current.

This is commonly used for:

You can reactivate the listing once the vehicle is ready.

If the vehicle is not in a rental:

It cannot be made active until the new registration and expiration date are uploaded.

If the vehicle is currently rented:

This is urgent.
The driver could be stopped by law enforcement and face issues.
Update the registration in your dashboard right away.
You may also send the updated registration directly to the driver through the rental.

When editing your listing, make sure to:

Complete all required fields.
Upload current documents.
Add or update vehicle photos.
Agree to the terms.
Select Update Vehicle, Add Vehicle, or Save for Later if still pending.

Incomplete edits will keep the listing in a pending state.

To increase bookings and visibility:

Under Usage and Terms, select Both for vehicle usage.
- This allows both personal and rideshare drivers to book your vehicle.
Write a clear, detailed listing description.
- Highlight condition, features, and availability.
Upload clear photos of:
- The vehicle
- Required documents
Keep registration, insurance, and inspections current.

Strong listings attract more renters and reduce support issues.
