When You Can Add or Change Your Card

You can update your payment method only when:

  • Submitting a new booking request

  • Extending an active rental

At checkout, you will see the option to:

  • Add a new debit or credit card

  • Select a different saved card


If You Don’t See the Payment Option

If the option to add or change your card is missing:

  • Make sure you are on the payment screen during checkout

  • Confirm you are submitting a booking request or extension

If the option still does not appear, it may be a technical issue.

Troubleshooting Steps

  • Make sure your app or browser is up to date

  • Try completing the booking on a different device
