How to Remove a Vehicle from Your TripCity Account

1. Ensure the Vehicle Is Not Rented

• The vehicle must not be in an active rental.

• Vehicles currently rented cannot be removed.

2. Set the Vehicle to “Paused”

• Go to your listings.

• Change the vehicle status to Paused.

This step is required before removal. Active listings cannot be deleted.

3. Gather the VIN

• Locate the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

• This is required to process your request.

4. Email Support

Send your request to: support@tripcity.com

Include:

• Your account email

• The vehicle VIN

• A clear request to remove the vehicle

Support will process the removal on your behalf.
