How to Remove a Vehicle from Your TripCity Account
1. Ensure the Vehicle Is Not Rented

The vehicle must not be in an active rental.

Vehicles currently rented cannot be removed.
2. Set the Vehicle to “Paused”

Go to your listings.

Change the vehicle status to Paused.
This step is required before removal. Active listings cannot be deleted.
3. Gather the VIN

Locate the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

This is required to process your request.
4. Email Support
Send your request to: support@tripcity.com
Include:

Your account email
-
The vehicle VIN
-
A clear request to remove the vehicle
Support will process the removal on your behalf.
