How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  • Send an email to support@tripcity.com

  • Your request must come from the email associated with your TripCity account

Requests sent from a different email will not be processed.

Important Requirements

Before your account can be deleted, the following must be met:

Correct Email

  • The request must be sent from your registered account email

  • This is required for security verification

No Duplicate Accounts

  • Only one account per user is allowed

  • Any duplicate accounts must be removed as part of the process

No Outstanding Balances (Drivers)

If you are a driver:

  • All balances must be fully paid before deletion

  • This includes:

    • Late fees

    • Incidentals

Accounts with open balances cannot be removed.
