Off-Rent Coverage Enrollment
Off-Rent Coverage Enrollment Requirements for Owners
Overview
Owners with vehicles registered in Pennsylvania (PA) or Nevada (NV) are eligible to list and rent vehicles on TripCity only after enrolling their entire fleet in TeqMobility Off-Rent Coverage.
Enrollment is a mandatory requirement in these states. Owners who have not completed enrollment will not be able to activate listings or accept bookings.
Eligibility Requirements
To rent vehicles on TripCity in Pennsylvania or Nevada, owners must:
- Maintain a TripCity owner account in good standing.
- Enroll all vehicles in their fleet in TeqMobility Off-Rent Coverage.
- Maintain active Off-Rent Coverage while listings remain active.
- Keep coverage current without interruption.
Partial enrollment does not satisfy this requirement.
If any vehicle within the fleet is not enrolled, the owner remains ineligible to rent vehicles in Pennsylvania or Nevada until enrollment is completed.
What Is TeqMobility Off-Rent Coverage?
TeqMobility Off-Rent Coverage helps protect eligible vehicles during periods when they are not actively rented through TripCity.
This may include times when a vehicle is:
- Parked
- Idle between bookings
- In transit between rentals
- Otherwise not actively rented
In Pennsylvania and Nevada, Off-Rent Coverage is not an optional add-on. It is a required condition for owner rental eligibility.

Fleet-wide enrollment helps ensure:
- Consistent coverage eligibility across all vehicles
- Compliance with applicable program requirements
- Uniform protection standards throughout an owner's operation
What Happens if Coverage Lapses?
If Off-Rent Coverage becomes inactive:
- Owners may lose eligibility to rent in Pennsylvania and Nevada.
- Listings may be paused or removed from booking availability.
