Owner Payouts
Learn how and when TripCity processes payouts, how to track them, and where to view income reports.
When Payouts Are Processed
- Payouts are processed every Monday.
- Payments reflect rental activity from the previous Saturday to Saturday.
- Depending on your bank, funds are typically received Tuesday–Thursday.
- Delays may occur during holidays or banking closures.
Where Payouts Go
- Payouts are sent directly to the bank account linked in Stripe.
- You can log into your Stripe account anytime to view initiated and expected payments.
- To update account or banking information, you must make changes directly in Stripe.
Viewing Reports in Your Dashboard
Go to Accounts > Reports in your TripCity dashboard for detailed insight:
- Income Report – Displays individual or grouped rental income transactions paid by renters.
- Payout Report – Displays individual or grouped payout transactions paid to your Stripe account.
- Booking Report – Displays bookings by selected status. The “All” and “Currently” reports ignore date ranges.
- Fleet Report – Displays vehicles and fleet status over a given timeframe.
- Incidental Report – Displays incidentals submitted against your rentals.
- Utilization Report – Displays the number of days a vehicle was rented during a period (late days not included).
All reports include filtering options so you can review performance for specific vehicles or timeframes.
