How to qualify, what it means, and how to maintain your status.
Overview
Preferred Owner is a badge for hosts who run reliable, well-managed listings.
It helps your vehicles stand out and improves visibility across the marketplace.
There is no application required. Qualification is automatic.

Qualification Requirements
You will qualify once you meet all of the following:
Trip Volume
- At least 120 completed rental days across your vehicles
- Paid extensions count toward this total
Active and Maintained Listing
- At least one active vehicle
- Recent activity within the last 30 days, such as:
- A completed trip
- A listing update or edit
Acceptance Rate
Over the past year:
- At least 50% of booking requests must be accepted
- Only standard outcomes are counted:
- Accepted
- Declined
- Timed out
- Normal renter cancellations
The following are excluded:
- Auto cancellations
- Payment failures
- Exceptions or terminations
If you have no qualifying requests in the past year, this requirement is waived.
Account Age
- Your account must be at least 90 days old
Rating
- Maintain a 4+ star rating if you have reviews
- If you have no reviews yet, you are still eligible
How It Works
- Eligibility is checked twice per month
- The badge is added automatically once you qualify
- No manual submission is required
Maintaining Your Status
If you fall below the requirements:
- The badge may be removed
- You can regain it once you meet the criteria again at a future check
