TripCity Fees for Owners
Learn about TripCity’s fees and how payouts are calculated.
Platform Fee
- TripCity charges a 5% commission on each rental.
- Owners keep 95% of the listing price.
*Beginning 7/19/2026 platform fee will increase to 7.5% adjusting the total owner earnings to 92.5%
Payouts
- Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe.
- Funds are sent directly to your connected bank account.
- Reports are available in your dashboard under Accounts > Reports.
Other Fees
- Owners are responsible for maintenance and incidentals.
- Claims deductibles ($3,500 or $6,000) apply if covered damage occurs.
