 TripCity Loyalty Rewards

TripCity Loyalty Rewards is our way of saying thanks for choosing us. The more you rent, the more you save, with automatic cash discounts that unlock as your rental days add up. There's no sign-up, no points to track, and no fine print to decode.

How it works

Every completed rental day counts toward your total, across every trip you take with TripCity. Your rental days are cumulative, which means:

  • Days don't expire.
  • Days don't reset when you hit a milestone. Once you cross 7, you're already on your way to 14.
  • Past rentals count too. If you've rented with us before the program launched, those days are included in your total.
How you'll receive your code

When you hit a milestone, your discount code is sent automatically via:

  • Email (to the address on your account)
  • SMS (if you've opted in to text messages)
  • In-app notification

Codes typically arrive within 24 hours of your rental being marked complete.

How to redeem
  1. Open the TripCity app or website and start a new booking.
  2. At checkout, enter your code in the Promo Code field.
  3. The discount will apply to your total.

Each code is single-use and never expires. Save it for whenever you're ready to book.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to sign up? No. Every TripCity customer is automatically enrolled.

What counts as a completed rental day? A rental day is counted once the rental has been completed and closed in our system. Active, upcoming, or cancelled rentals don't count.

Do my rental days reset after I hit a milestone? No. Your cumulative day count keeps growing. Once you hit 7, the next reward unlocks at 14, then 30.

Does my code expire? No. Your code is good whenever you're ready to use it.

Can I use the same code more than once? Each code is single-use. Once it's been applied to a booking, it can't be used again.

Can I combine codes with other promotions? Loyalty codes can't be stacked with other discount codes, but they apply to any standard rental.

I hit a milestone but didn't get my code. What now? Check your spam folder first, then reach out to support and we'll track it down for you.
